I run the website http://www.fuelstart.com. The purpose of the site is to help homeowners find the best prices in home energy. We post prices and contact information for all types of energy companies including oil, propane, pellets, bio bricks, bioheat, firewood, etc.

The site is 100% free for homeowners and also for energy companies to post their prices.

The tune in my forums is that oil is could below 40 dollars a barrel by the end of the year. It is also been mentioned that most oil companies will not offer lock in rates this late in the season. Especially with the price per gallon so low. It seems like most homeowners are opting to pay for oil on an as need bias.

Got something to say?
